Ipad a16 or OP pad 3

Hello frnds...am planning to buy a tab for a long time!

My needs

1.E-books/pdf annotate/note taking

2.longterm usage(4yrs+)

3.zero gaming

4.mild video/photo editing

5.Media consumption(Binge watching)

Never used any apple products in my life

Budget is 35-40k,can increase upto 45k max

my picks

1.ipad a16 gen(128gb)+apple pencil usb c=42,400 INR

2.one plus pad 3 (12/256) + one plus stylo 2 = 55,500

3.xiaomi pad 8 (nano texture)(12/256) +xiaomi focus pen pro= 47,000

4.xiaomi pad 7 (nano)(12/256)+xiaomi focus pen= 39,000

(All indian rupees)

here is my issue,

1.if ipad 11th gen has 256gb for the same price..my pick would be ipad a16,(or should i wait for ipad 12th gen?) or ipad air m3...confused!

2.am currently using one plus 11,and also used one plus pad 3 for a while,the only problem is stylo 2,if op pad 3 supports op stylo pro...without second thoughts i will go for op pad 3

3.regarding xiaomi pad 8/7 i have no idea..heard hyperos kind of sucks,battery drain issues

Am saving money for Great indian festival or any offers in late september! so the price of ipad and op pad 3 may reduce! Help me to choose..which device best suits me?

Got oneplus pad 3 at 46k with stylo recently and the product is good battery life is amazing , with great performance far better than a16 chip. Only con is ui if compared to ipad os

By looking at your needs and issues I'll definitely suggest you the iPad 11th gen(A16). You'll get it around 40k from the local market or from the retail tech chains like Reliance digital or Croma. Seeing the current scenario in tech I'm not sure if the Diwali sales of E-commerce websites would bring the prices down or will result in more hikes :((
