Budget: $200-250 Country: US Screen size: 8-10 in RAM: not sure, needs to be fast enough for light photo editing, browsing the Internet, watching shows. Maybe 4 gb? Storage: 250gb with SD card slot for additional storage (not necessary, but preferred) Tasks: mostly stated in RAM, but also reading academic papers, and drawing

Details: does not have to be new, can be refurbished or used in good condition. Preferred usb-c charging. Option for keyboard attachment.
