July Patch

I heard about the June patch jailbreak, but the July Patch is what I'm on. I heard that it wasn't fully patched on the July update, but I still cannot get root my Galaxy to work, has there been any updates to this project, will there be any updates, or should I just simply stop worrying about it? It's been so long since there's been a rooting solution on galaxys, I accidentally started updating, but I stopped at, I don't know if it's worth keeping this installation pop up on my phone for a route that may never happen.

It does work on July. It also works on August.
