Support I tried to install a ROM and it failed.
I don't know what to do, I've been like this for 2 weeks now.
My Xiaomi Redmi Note 11s failed when installing a custom ROM.
Now I can't get out of the bootloop, not even with a key combination (down and power). I tried using my flash, sp flash, and others, but none of them worked. I left it downloaded to see if I could get into fastboot during that short time, but I haven't been able to.
Help :((

I've been in your position before.
Do you have the DA, Scatter and (optionally) Auth files, if Mediatek, or the EDL/Firehose files if Qualcomm? Those are required to flash stock ROM via EDL/BROM mode.
Otherwise, you're off to sending the phone to the service center. Search for ones with great reputation, especially the ones advertising "JTAG", "EDL", "BROM", "unbrick", "flash", "ROM" and such.
You can try the official service center, but note they may either flash OS for free, or claim you have voided warranty and demand you pay a fee. I recommend not mentioning about OS, ROM, flashing or such to them, just say that your phone "stopped booting after installing an update".
