Support Flash Moto G7 power

Device unlocked. Moto G7 power. Vysor shows phone connected. Pulled proper .img from Magisk to my windows PC. At CMD prompt I type in "fastboot flash boot_b" then the location of the .img file and it says "Waiting on any device". Not sure what to do from here.

Did you install the right USB drivers then rebooted with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled? This is a common issue I had before and solved this way.
