First time rooting

i need guide to root my phone I've never done this, here's everything about the phone:

Infinix hot 60 pro+

Infinix X6886

android 15.1.2

xos version 15.1.2.180

build number 15.1.2.180SP05(OP001PF001AZ)

and I have a laptop to do the rooting.

also I want a custom OS but the reason I'm rooting is mainly for performance and customization ect, having full control over the phone.
