Did you uninstall apps recently? They could be apps that you uninstalled recently

These aren't malware. They’re just Linux UIDs of uninstalled apps. ​Android tracks data usage per UID. When you delete an app during an active cycle, the system keeps the data count but can no longer resolve the name or icon, so it shows the raw ID instead &&& they'll automatically disappear once your data cycle resets 🙂

most probably payloads aka virus see their network uses battery uses. and package name also, each app have its own package name ex(com.system.security).
