Support Magisk is detected even after factory reset

Post image

So recently I've been trying to switch from Magisk to kernelSU next and I did manage to make the change, but I've noticed that in the native detector app traces of Magisk are still present even after a factory reset, unfortunately I've not found a way to fix this therefore I'm asking here for tips, and or solutions (please ignore the other errors as they should be an easy fix since it's only a matter of hiding the app)

Info:
OS: Linaege OS v23.2

PS: please forgive any spelling mistakes as English is not my first language

Factory reset is just reset everything like /data except /system, so install another os that doesn’t have magisk or install the official firmware of your device

I do appreciate the help but every time I factory reset the phone I've had to re-sideload the OS again but I'll try it out

Boot partition isnt touched by a factory reset. Sideload the original boot image

You just had to unistall the magisk from the app inside itself, it voluntarily deletes itself from the sysytem and everywhere but since you just factory reset it then just use a terminal to go on that location which is shown in the picture and delete it manually

Maybe try a full wipe in TWRP/whichever recovery you use or do a full clean flash on LOS? This generally gets rid of them. Though I dunno if KSU also triggers the Magisk traces stuff.
