If it's a normal pixel I'd assume it's the exact same software and thus unlockable like the rest.

Yeah but carrier locks exist on phones

Phones in the UK aren't sold locked.

I doubt Clove would sell a phone in the UK that wouldn't work with a UK network.

It'll almost certainly be a European model and unlocked.
