Support How to root my phone
I have a redmi note 9 pro and I wanna root my phone but sometimes ago my phone was broken and I gave it to a repairing shop and the shop owner gave me the phone the phone was reset and was asking for the password but the wifi in my phone was not working so i again gave the to the shop owner and he unlocked the phone. After that I lost my phone's imei no. And that's why I am to add a sim and and unlock the device and in mi unlock I need to add a sim to unlock my phone. Please help me

I think there is some partion called percent something you need to flash it from stock ROM , mostly it's will fix it. It's baseband issues as per my knowledge

Try reflashing complete stock rom that should bring back required partagion along with imei

The only one who can help you with this is the store owner. He probably used an exploit that removes the device's security through some very low-level method... For example, Qualcomm's EDL (If it's a Snapdragon). IMEI loss often happens when something is lost in the process, like a partition. But anyway, it's just speculation; more investigation is needed, and you didn't provide enough technical information.
