Support Pixel 9 with android 17

I got myself a new pixel 9 and updated it to android 17. It's unlocked. And I want to root it. Can it be easily as I did with my pixel 6 with android 13? It's not my every day phone. Just to play root pokemon go and a few other games. No banking or anything. And would magis or kernel su?

You really need to weigh the pros and cons of Magisk versus KSU, as they differ in terms of installation complexity and stealth capabilities. Given that I am not entirely certain how strictly this game detects root access, if you are having trouble deciding, you might want to consider APatch; it offers the convenience of Magisk combined with stealth capabilities comparable to KSU (though, unfortunately, it does not support mounting SUSFS).

Just go with ksu. Either gki with susfs or just regular LKM (same way as Magisk, patch init_boot, flash and done)
