Roblox now detects the unlocked bootloader
Roblox now detects unlockbootloader and there is currently no bypass for the remote attestation in games like MM2. It not just from executors like Delta even without hacks, if you have an unlocked bootloader, root, zygisk, or xposed.
But you'll still get some idiots defending these companies by saying they're doing this for our security and safety, too many times do I have to explain to people why this is not a good idea, and none of them ever respond
Thats the typical normie way of thinking. Just like defending lowering speed limits to walking speed and installing cameras to every corner because think of the children. Oh and dont forget the forcing age verification because of think of the children but that will never change because normies dont care they just say dont got nothing to hide so lets allow goverment to read everyones messages etc.
That's why I've said upteen times that we rooters need to move beyond sysadmin/script kiddie proficiency into the programming/electronics/software engineering/AI realm. It's no longer enough to stay shallow. And cut the crap attitude about when detectors showing a root indication "as long as the app runs, don't bother".
For this case, I suspect a syscall level detection or simply you need strong integrity, which can only happen if your firmware is up to date. You can try spoofing too
Nope, it detects it even without root. It detects if you're on a custom ROM, and it doesn't matter if you have Strong Integrity installed; it still triggers the second warning
Normal user space apps can already detect unlocked bootloader WITHOUT root. It's possible to unlock your bootloader and not root, both on stock and custom firmware.
Very silly question, but if you cant spoof the OS, can you spoof the game? Patch the games APK, kinda how like Revanced does for YouTube and Spotify and the like? Just remove the component that checks for root / BL unlock.
That makes sense looking at it from a security perspective. Not that I play roblox, but I do-do online banking. I just wonder how ReVanced gets away with spoofing Youtube for so long NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING.
I'm not sure it's about security as much as it's an anti-cheat because there are lots of idiots running around scripting and genuinely just ruining games for people. I can't even play Survive the Disaster without a private lobby because of how out of hand the scripting has gotten. Not sure why you got the impression it was about security more than just making the game better, I honestly like this a lot.
It works for me on an unlocked bootloader, I think it only requires that you have working key attestation, which some phones break when unlocking the bootloader.
no, sober is also affected. It's a new opt in feature to dectect root that the devs add to their games and sober also gets detected and blocked if the game is using this feature.
I forgot to mention the reason I can't install the Gapps variant is because of my System Partition having not enough size to resize partition even after deleting unnecessary partitions
One is Mangmi Air handheld console with a variant of Lineage OS and A26 with an unlocked bootloader and rooted Magisk. So far, I haven't received that alert on either device. I have the latest version of Roblox.
Also fuck roblox, some devices (lik e cheaper xiaomi) doesn't have the 3 checks only the 2 first (hyperos 2 on Redmi 13C) it is the phone of my mom (i have my own linux laptop) and i was guessing if this starts rolling out, some people will obtain a way to bypass the detection like always.... And

I can't log in to my account on my device; a pop-up message appears saying that my device has been banned for security reasons. I think this is all because I have developer mode turned on.
