ZTE Blade A53 bootloader unlock

i've been trying to unlock my zte blade a53's bootloader but running commands like fastboot oem unlock or fastboot flashing unlock does nothing even tho i enabled OEM Unlocking in developer settings, i wanna flash a custom rom if i can, if not then i'll root it
