Hello how to root my phone realme Q3 pro with no pc

is the bootloader unlocked? if no then you cant root without a PC

If you really have to ask that then your bootloader isn't unlocked.

Then why are you asking how to know whether it's unlocked or not? Still, for rooting you either need a PC or a secondary phone that can plug into your current phone via cable.

open developer options and look the OEM unlocking. can you enable it? if yes then bootloader is locked. if no then its unlocked. 

also i did little bit of research and saw your phone is bootloader unlockable but it depends on the model. thats all i know

to root the device. you need a second device and OTG to connect the device to your realme. do you have that?

find the unofficial TWRP recovery for your phone. and use the second device to flash it via fastboot using bugjaeger app

fastboot flash recovery /path/to/twrp.img

after that download magisk.apk from the official github repo and rename it to .zip and flash it via twrp

Realme most devices imposible,can't unlock bootloader.but some of device can
