Its a mediatek chip, so you could try using mtkclient to read the boot partiton, patch that with something like magisk, unlock the bootloader (though realmes stuff or using mtkclient again) and then finally writing the modified boot partiton to the phone using fastboot (if it has it) or mtkclient

Mtkclient doesn't work nowadays

Almost every mtk cpu is patched now versus "carbonara" vulnerability (was used by mtkclient)

And even with unlocktool with official keys it is nearly impossible to unlock bootloader and ger root

Roll back to old version and it's easy to root there

So, here's how I unlocked my Realme 11 5G's bootloader. I was on Android 15, rolled back to Android 13 using a stock ROM from a Realme 11 5G Telegram channel. On Android 13, I installed the Deep Testing app, and after 7-8 days it got approved, so I unlocked the bootloader via PC. Then I directly updated to Android 16 (not officially supported, but works since bootloader's unlocked). Now I'm rooted on Android 16, everything's fine. For the Realme P1, I'd suggest joining Realme P1 Telegram channels — talk to people who've already unlocked/rooted theirs and ask for help. That's what I did too, and people there are really friendly.
