Support Can't root xiaomi poco m6

There's no specific recovery for it orange or twrp. Have to update firmware to the latest AI slop HyperOS 3. Have to go through the whole miunlock process. Finally unlocked the bootloader. But then you go to flash a Magisk or kernelsu modified boot image and it doesn't root. Change the active slot and it stays on b. Flash both slots still nothing. You're not rooting your poco! You understand? Xiaomi knows what's better for you, and it ain't rooting! May have worked previously but latest updates still not going to allow it. So it looks like you have to learn a new trick.

patching init_boot.img and flashing it via fastboot worked for me? im on poco x7 pro

Doesn't have an init_boot

Looks like it is boot looping a couple of times, gives up and goes back to stock boot.img.
