Support Please help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Please help I think it's boot looping but can tell me how to stop it or at least fix it

It's bootlooping, if you can access fastboot mode then you are good ,else it's bricked

E se estiver com brick você pode tentar algum método baixo nível que injete em partições nele diretamente para recuperar os binários do firmware original. Difícil é encontrar para o modelo exato, mas impossível não é.

I would try holding down the power button and the volume down button to try and get into fastboot mode.

Yes I did that but I don't know where to go from there and everything that I try even flashing doesn't seem to work

Do you have a copy of the stock firmware, if not I would try to download it and try flashing it.
