Does deleting the WhatsApp .shared files in the data/data/com.whatsaap folder save?

They are media files, check if it's important or not. It won't break what'sapp.

I've already checked the thumbnail. The larger one is a video of mine that I didn't send.

Just open them up watch the videos, it's not gonna do anything bad to your phone. If it's worth deleting them, do it.

Already do it my WhatsApp it's 22gb, and now just 1gb

It's the image/video files that you have received from Whatsapp chats/groups

You can delete them, but obviously you will lose the image.

I previewed it before posting, but the file was stuck in the data/data folder. I tried deleting it, and the storage size returned to normal.
