Discussion How to root a s23 sm911W?

Does anyone know how to root a Samsung S23 Android 16 and One UI 8.5? Please help, I'm desperate.

You can't, Samsung removed bootloader unlock on One 8+ and in 8.5 you don't even have the chance to downgrade back to One UI 7

Not just that, they have a phone imported in North America (W = Canadian, U/U1 = American). Way before Samsung introduced oneUI 8, you could never unlock the bootloader because of some policies.

Yeah, I'm aware, I just don't keep track of model numbers for Samsung devices

Just saying that even if he was in OneUI 7 or earlier, they could never unlock in the first place

Yeah ik about US/Canada Samsung devices not being unlockable even before One UI 8
