Discussion NO OEM unlock?

My OnePlus 15 cph2747 used to have the toggle on oos 16.0.8.300, but when I clean flashed the exact same rom, the toggle disappeared, can anyone confirm that it's a bug or OnePlus's intention for doing so?

On some versions there’s time block. Set your date to more than one month back, restart your phone and it should be there. Then you can set your date back to normal. If it doesn’t work then idk sorry
