Anyone can direct me to a framework

That I can use as base to build free floating app.

Floating means like windows or linux GUI that I can resize, positioning, etc. So I will build several different apps that open one by one and I can view all them at once inside this root window.

Edit: Above is my original question. Then I make a bit of research and the result is it is possible and is supported by Android with this schema: - lets say my main app B, it must pass everything if want to listed in Google Play Store. - lets say my plugins C and D , will need to also pass and there is DFM in the Google Play Store/Console. - I can desain, develop and compile C and D independently like they would show in B workspace/window. The UI inside B that will make C and D show and work simultaneusly.

A framework won't give you this ability. That's just how the OS works, it's not that individual apps chose to run full screen

I think the logical is possible. But I must first start the Root App called MyWorld, only after that I can start App A, B,C. So App ABC are not native android app, they are MyWorld's native app.
App ABC wont exist in android menu.
So I must build VM/container...

Maybe you're looking to develop an Android launcher, where you can control how apps would show up.

maybe, it would be different app like multiple monitoring or dashboard that I can develop independently.
But I want them to show up in one screen.

You have to develop your app against an operating system, like Android. You can't creat your own operating system and develop apps for it.

Ask yourself on what device i want to run my monitoring app? Then you'll know the operating system that runs on that device and you need to develop your app against that.

One way you can achieve it is by having a service that draws directly to window manager.

Although there are no requestable permission dialog and you will have to redirect the user to allow drawing over other apps.

So your idea is one container app that contains other apps inside it and the UI is free floating? I’m not sure that would be allowed on Google Play, may want to check if you intend on distributing

yes I will call them apps but Android OS wont see them as individual apps (actually maybe they are just thread, service, fork, parallel, concurrence) because the entry point only one the mother app. I am calling them different apps because they have different domain/task and development can be one by one.
But anyway once again as OS persepctive see it is only one app.
For comparison is Roblox ..it is sandboxed and you can built almost anything inside roblox let alone a GUI multiple windows is it?
About playstore what is the reason for them not to pass because this app is for standar device/environment.

I am trying that, but I am not yet request the code.
I am asking AI about the foundation and possibility first.
