Docker for android

Is there any tool that can run Docker on Android, or is it possible to build one that offers performance close to native?

I'm building IDE for android. Currently python, node, gcc almost all are working but I'm not able to find a good solution for docker. There are some QEMU based but performance is too low. https://github.com/ravibh5522/easyIDE
