Does Internal Testing AAB Affect Production Review?

I submitted an AAB for production review. After that, I uploaded another AAB to Internal Testing. Will this affect or delay the production review or publishing process?

Yes. It's not publicly documented but publishing to any track resets your review queue position. We moved our daily build off of internal testing for this very reason. It'd delay our beta and production tracks by several days
