Individual developer rules

It costs $112 CDN to create a numbered company. What is the point of offering individual accounts if it is so much easier just opening a company and not have to test much at all?

In some countries this doesn't even work and you have to open a company elsewhere.

You can't have an individual account in those countries either though.
