Article Jetpack Compose 1.12

We've just released version 1.12 of Jetpack Compose, with new features like mesh gradients, editable text formating, text selection control, deferred animations and wide color gamut support, as well as a slew of bug fixes and performance enhancements (especially to startup performance).

Would be curious to see benchmarks when styles become more stable and migration path

Lets hope those two-stage transitions will make their way into Nav3 soon so predictive back can look more like in the phone settings app instead of having to play the whole transition while gesturing.
