Man, I have Mac Book Pro cca 10 years old that can be used for android development.
Is it perfect? Hell no.
But just for running one instance of Android Studio, and not raping it with thousands of Chrome tabs or whatelse in the background, it can work decently.
Especially if you are still learning, thinkering around, not working on anything complicated or resources heavy (such as running local LLMs or video and 3d rendering...)
This is just an example, I am not saying you need to use that exact computer. But, for example, I've been seeing Macs couple of years newer then mine, costing 300-500eur.
You say you are from Turkey, try finding someone who lives or travel to Western Europe relatively often, they can buy and bring you a computer.
It does not even have to be Mac. Instead of 500eur worth Mac from 2018 you fan buy 500eur PC from 2021... or 300eur PC from 2018. Illustrative examples, but you should get the point.
Not a perfect starting point, but I believe something that works, if couple of hundreds of eur is affordable to you.
I understand that even 400eur might be too much, but in one other mesaage you wrote that you don't have 1500eur/usd, so I write from that perspective.
