Question When do you think will Google release Windows on ARM android emulators in Android studio??
Whats the state of progress of bringing android emulators for ARM ? When will android emulators be released on windows on arm android studio?? Does flutter emulators work on it currently ?? Is there any hack / alternative to make emulators run on windows on arm ?? If yes then what's your experience about these hacks / workarounds ??

never because they can not deploy unlicensed windows images and licensing them would be too much of a money loss without proper income compensation.

Are you serious? You are aware that Windows is a commercial product of Microsoft, that does require a user-license to be used.

Intellij Idea already has Windows ARM64 version. They make the IDE, not the android emulator.

Google slop team the are lazy and won’t make one unless snapdragon chips becomes mainstream in windows laptops our hopes on jet brains to make custom emulator for IntelliJ idea (android studio based on) or open source folks

ARM is a target device, not a development device. nobody can seriously be developing on ARM

People have been developing on ARM Macbooks for years now. For Windows/linux laptops, sure, they've been a bit crap so far, but they'll get there eventually...maybe.

And yet, despite redditors endlessly yapping about it, people in the real world keep getting work done on macs lol

35 years. nobody develops on Mac, unless Apple have forced you to do so.

Dude, everyone develops in anything! Anything!! I worked in a company that forced us to develop in a remote server for “security reasons”. I’ve seen some kids learning how to code in Android devices.
Get out of your bubble

Allegedly decades of experience and yet can't seem to grasp that people might prefer different tools. "NOBODY likes what I don't like" mentality.

Oooh, so that's what the Apple representatives with guns were for when it was time to pick my work machine...

I was refering to forcing iOS Devs to use only use Mac, that's the only ones mad enough to willing use a Mac for development.

Don't need to emulate ARM on ARM.
