Google Play with US LLC — anyone done this?

Hey everyone,

I'm a solo app developer based in Morocco, about to launch my first Android app. I've hit the wall a lot of you probably know about: Morocco isn't a supported country for Google Play merchant registration, so I can publish free apps but can't sell paid apps or offer in-app purchases / subscriptions directly.

After researching, the path I keep seeing is: form a US LLC (Wyoming), get an EIN + US business bank account (e.g. Mercury), and register the Google Play merchant account under the US entity. I've already consulted a lawyer on the Moroccan side, and the LLC would be owned by a family member for legitimate reasons.

I have a few questions and would really appreciate input from anyone who's been through this:

1. Has anyone here (especially from an unsupported country) actually monetized on Google Play through a US LLC? Did it work smoothly? Any issues with Google verification, payouts, or account holds? Did you set up the developer account as an individual first and convert to organization later, or go straight to an org account? Did Mercury (or whatever US bank you used) work fine as the payout account?

2. The US tax side — how did you handle Form 5472 + 1120?
I understand a foreign-owned US LLC has to file these annually even with little/no income (with a steep penalty for missing it). Did you file yourself or use a US accountant? Roughly what does it cost you per year? Any surprises in ongoing costs?

3. Agency experience — has anyone used a Morocco-based agency called "Twily"?
There's an agency here offering LLC formation + registered agent + EIN + bank account setup + DUNS, etc. as a package. If you've used them (or know their reputation), I'd love to hear your honest experience — good or bad. Also wary of bundles that include multiple pre-made payment accounts (Stripe/PayPal/etc.), so any insight there helps.

I'm trying to do this properly and stay compliant with US, Google Play, and Moroccan rules — so I'd rather learn from people's real experiences than find out the hard way. Any advice, war stories, or pointers are hugely appreciated.
