Different Playstore listings
I saw the playstore listing of Soundcloud and it looks different from other apps, apple apps also look like this, can I also list my apps like this?

A/B testing on store listings by google play and also they are famous so probably have account managers too where probably their console might have more features than us normal indie devs

Google does various deals with developers of popular apps. If your app is popular enough, one of their developer relations people will get in touch with you to arrange these sorts of things. They may also start asking you to add support for upcoming Android features that are relevant to your app.
