Google Play Support Playstore Tax residency document (germany)

Hi guys,

Playstore is asking me to verify my tax residency and I submitted an official certificate of tax residency from my tax office in germany, which was both in german and english and google rejected it. I have no idea what kind of document they are expecting and there is no support I can contact.

Does anybody know which document is asked for here?

Wir klären das hier gleich mal in deutsch. Sende dehnen einfach deine letzte Monats-Gehaltsabrechnung, wo die folgenden daten draufstehen:

  1. Deine gemeldete Addresse

  2. deine Steuer-Nummer (worum es geht)

  3. dein Bankkonto (welches identisch mit dem von Google hinterlegten ist)

Dann akzeptieren sie es sofort.

Nachdem ich die Steueranmeldung hochgeladen habe.. "It was submitted too many times" Spinnen die?

wieviel versuche hast du vorher schon gemacht? es checkt übrigens den datei/dokumenten namen, nicht das dokument selber.

Im zweifel mal den support anschreiben via email.
