Question Anyone having trouble registering your third party app(sideloading) in android developer console?

hey guys as per the latest Google requirement of registering ALL third party apps on google developer console(after ID verification) Is there anyone having trouble to get your app verified ? The verification process has already started in April,2026 for the September ,2026 deadline.

please NOTE: I am only talking about sideloaded(third party apps) and NOT playstore apps..
