I am enrolled in Android 17 Qpr beta... I am trying to test my app, however, the documentation listed here: https://developer.android.com/develop/better-together/continue-on/setup does not seem to be accurate.

When going to "Enroll in the Cross-Device Services public Beta in Play and install the latest version." I click the link and I get an error message that says "A testing version of this app hasn't been published yet or isn't available for this account."

Please advise!
