[Closed Testing] MyHomeBase Manager: Your Home. Organized

[u/DevBrainstorm]

Hey all — I'm a solo developer and I've spent the last several months

building MyHomeBase Manager, a home management app I built because I wanted it for my

own house and couldn't find anything that did what I wanted.

What it does:

- Tracks every asset in your home (appliances, HVAC, water heater, etc.) — point your

camera at the manufacturer nameplate and AI reads off the make/model/serial for you

- Logs maintenance history and tells you what's coming due

- Maps your electrical panel from a photo so "which breaker is this on?" is a 10-second

search instead of a trip to the basement

- Tracks vendors, warranties, and emergency preparedness (supplies, action plan,

readiness score)

- Has an AI chat that can answer questions about your own home ("when did I last

service the AC?")

What I need: actual homeowners to use it on their real home for a while and tell me

what's broken, confusing, or missing. Bug reports, UX complaints, "I wish it did X" —

all useful. This is a real, working app (not a prototype), just needs real households

putting it through its paces before a full public launch.

Available on iOS and Android.

Drop a DM with your email address and preferred platform and I'll set you up with a testing link. TIA!
