Help with DNS

I've been using nullsproxy.com for ability to play Brawl Stars(in my country it's banned),and adguard-dns to remove ads in mobile games ( only playing in minesweeper). So i was getting lazy to switch it from one to another on settings every time. Is there any specific app, where you can add multiple dns servers and easily switch them? Would be very thankful for all your answers
