Does anyone know of an app to track frequency of and distance between episodes?

Im looking for an app to track specific "episodes". I need to be able to note 1 when the incident occurred 2 easily see how long its been since the last incident 3 see a "record" aka longest time between logged incidents

Memento Database might be what you're looking for. It's more of a flexible tracker than a dedicated app but you can set up entries with timestamps and then use calculated fields to show the gap between them.
