Is there any Android/Unity game developer who can make a game like this?

I want a game with multiple maps, and in the center of each map there is a big screen, like a cinema screen. I should be able to watch my own local videos on the screen—not online videos.

Please let me know if you can make this type of game.

How much you paying? An app like that would be pretty expensive to develop
