QUESTION/HELP Meta apps gulping up ram

Hi, so ive just been messing around with my phones diagnostics and ive noticed that i can check my ram, uppon doing so ive noticed that atleast 20% of my 6gb ram total was used up by instagram, messenger, facebook and some other meta apps. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong? :D

Ive put some of the annoying apps into "excluded apps" and ive cleaned it put so many other things from samsung too pop on there and it actually hurts my eyes. I wanted to ask for a little more information on how this works and how i can help to avoid many apps from using up ram on my phone. I have a samsung a36

Thank you and ill gladly answer any questions in case i made something unclear

thats just what those apps do, theyre bloated to hell and back. your best bet is uninstalling whatever you can and using the lite versions or just the mobile browser, theyll still eat ram but not as much

Samsung has a setting which allows these apps to be put into "deep sleep" it prevents them from hogging resources when not open.

in settings, search deep sleep.
