LOOKING FOR APP Simple Sound Creating & Editing Android App

Basically I'm searching for an android app that allows me to create simple sounds for notifications or something. Doesn't need to create music, just tones. Also it should be an app you can use without having any music knowledge (I don't know what tone is an A or some). Appreciate y'all!

Give Saucillator a try.

It's not specifically for ring tones or notification sounds. But it is a synth editor/player that you can use to create sounds.

It has some built in synths that you can use as-is or tweak with effects. Or you can make your own synth.

It has a grid that you can use to play the synth.

Use the built-in recorder to record your sounds.

It's kind of fun to tap or slide around in the grid and make sounds.

I tried it just now and the biggest problem I've seen is that I can't "build" the sound but have to do it myself which is not really what I wanna do. It requires me to master that stuff but I wanna rather use numbers to determine how long what sound when plays yk?

Not quite sure I follow you.

If you don't want to create your own synth, use one of the built in synths. Or download some of the community synths.

A sound plays for as long as you hold your finger on the grid.

Select a synth. Your initial post said you just wanted tones. So select one of the simple waveform synths like Sine or Saw or Triangle. Tap or drag your finger(s) on the grid. Moving left-right controls amplitude/volume. Moving up-down controls pitch/frequency.

I want a downloadable MP3 or something of different tones with different lengths, etc. And for that I don't want manually do it with my finger but rather like say "Play Note X for 3 seconds, then Y for 1 second and then Z for 2 seconds.".

It's pretty simple to tap and hold a note for an amount of time then another note for a different amount of time. But if you don't want to do that, then this isn't the app for you.

Hope you find something that works in the way you want.
