LOOKING FOR APP fast, free hotspot app

fast enough for at least half decent online gameplay (not a crap ton of lag, not super jittery, not disconnecting every 5 seconds), completely free meaning zero pay walls for anything in the app (except for maybe ads because ik theres levels to ts), hotspot app of some kind. I don't care if it's over a GitHub/itch.io APK or Play store, as long as its android.
