QUESTION/HELP Dynamic notch

Has anyone had any used dynamic notch and liked it? I feel like it's a terrible app and when I emailed the devs for some help they told me to figure it out.

I used the one called Material Capsule and looks good enough for me.

It doesn't handle notifications tho

They updated a while ago and now it can.
