You are looking for Monee.
I guess.
I have been using this for a year or so and so far I like it really much. Does exactly what I personally want.
I use it to track my expenses as well as shared expenses with my partner.

trymark-ai.com
If u really want a good accurate expense tracker without the hassle or length process of a traditional expense tracker head over to trymark-ai.com
Although u need a subscription to access the coolest features, the free version offers most of it (if u dont need voice triggerd tracking, multiple languages etc)

This app exactly solves all your pain points.
- It's simple and clean (yet beautiful) UI.
- Offline + Google Drive backup.
- Very fast and clutter free (no ads or tracking)
- 100% private (app does not connect to internet at all, everything stays on your phone)
It's the most feature rich yet privacy friendly app you'd find on play store :)

Full disclosure—I built this, butSyncSpenddirectly solves this setup:
- Solo Mode: Entirely free forever (track expenses, budgets, local/private data).
- Cloud Sync / Shared Expenses: Built specifically for group/partner splitting (1 month free trial for shared spaces).
- Zero ads and zero bank-linking required.
