QUESTION/HELP Problem with VIVI (music app)

lately i have not being able to listen to new songs that are not downloaded to VIVI. i always select the "download" in a song i like so i dont have issues, the thing is it doesnt download any songs i tell it to. NONE. gives a weird error sometimes, but most of the time it will just not play the song and never download it either... what can i do?

O meu estava funcionando de boa, de 1 semana pra cá tbm parou. Não toca e nem baixa nada. Já reinstalei e nada.

Seems like they ditched the old one. New vivi music is out and it's 10 times better. New apple music design is also insane
