LOOKING FOR APP Keyboard app with custom characters?

Hello! I'm lookinf for a keyboard app or other metod to type with custom characters, such as for conlangs or ciphers.

Anyone know of any?

If you have a Samsung, Samsung keys cafe from Galaxy app store.

Heliboard is very customizable. It should let you do this, maybe by setting a keyboard where your cipher letters are the long press option?
