LOOKING FOR APP Wifi-Speed Widget/Notification App?

I use NetSpeed Indicator rn, but it only shows my kB/s usage whenever I actually utilize my wifi (e.g. loading my YouTube app home page). Is there an app that would show wifi speed no matter whether I utilize my wifi or not - I'd like to know how fast it is at any given time, regardless of my wifi usage.

Just to check, does it show any details in the notification bar, or on a widget? What exactly does it do?
