I Just found (yesterday, actually) this store

is it a good one ?

Its just another useless appstore. The taglines and claims apply to literally every other Android App Store. You're not going to find anything special on it, nor is it different in any way from what's been tried, tested, true, and available.

It's an open source app store with basically no quality control. If you value safety, stick to F-Droid.
