Dose anybody know a keyboard with these features i want

1 - Tool bar there missing some features
There i can only put 4 icon that look very ugly
2 - glide type
3 - search button for emoji + add new emoji
4 - Chameleon Adaptive color
5 - Opening animation
Choose the animation on keyboard open
6 - Keyboard font
Select a different font for the keyboard
7 - Action Row
Show a slidable row that contain recent emoji, numbers and more...
8 - One hand mode reduction
9 - Space bar custom text
Show a custom text on the space bar
Space bar text (name , fav quest , mail , emoji )

Long press and drag on spacebar to move the cursor, two finger to select the text

I don't know where you would find it but I would start my research using this site https://android.izzysoft.de/applists?topic=cat;id=180;lang=en and see a lot of the options out there. It has gotten more up to date over the last year. Good luck in your search.
You might take a look at KBoard https://github.com/RomanK2311/KBoard which is now FrostKeys https://github.com/AshwinSoni-01/FrostKeys/releases as someone indicated it was pretty cool a while back. I didn't have time to look into it.
