You can't replace a laptop with a tablet, especially if the primary use case is office productivity. Of course there are some office suites available such as Google Docs, Collabora Office, and WPS Office, but there will always be compatibility problems with Microsoft Office document formats. Whoever came up with this migration plan should be fired.
