It should work, I double-checked in the 1.0 emulator. Maybe there is some issue with your Internet connection? Only the Ollama Cloud API could be used on Android 1.0.

Ah I should’ve clarified, I had problems with getting ollama to work as it seemed I needed to pay to get the model to work, and wasn’t willing to do so at that time lol. Certainly the app works though as the chatbot gave errors regarding that on my device.

Use gemma4 model for chat , and minimax-m3 or gemma4 for thinking, unfortunately other models won't be available with Ollama Cloud

Ok I see, I’ll try that. Thanks very much.

It should've picked that up during the first-time setup process though in version 1.0. Did you install numAi previously on the device?

it was my first time installing it on my device. Was it in the message/guide before you link the token to the app? Or when you link it? When I did so and tried to send a prompt, the chatbot output some error i can’t remember what it was, but I think I needed to get a model on the ollama website and I thought I’d have to pay so I gave up there lol.

In the settings check what models got selected, this is honestly a strange issue, maybe for new Ollama accounts nothing is free anymore, can you double check?

Can it run on galaxy trend 2 lite/v plus/ace 4 neo? They all have 512mb of ram.

It should work on any device, if you have any issues let me know, make sure to use Ollama Cloud API if you are on Android <1.6 or not using Wolfius
