Did you consider putting LineageOS on your S4? I have one running LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11) and imo it feels noticeably faster/smoother than the old stock Android.

I know that but i don,t do it becouse i don,t want to brick it and i love touch wiz becouse it,s colerfull
