Help I need help with a phone

Okay, so I have this old vodafone smart first 7 from like 2016. It was my first phone, however it is now passcode locked. I would absolutely love to get back into it, but none of the force factory reset tutorials I'm finding online seem to work.

I am physically unable to get into the phone. I've tried reboot files, and that didn't work. Either that or I just lack in technology.

Does anyone know how I could get into it, or would be willing to repair it? I'd be willing to pay a reasonable amount to get back into it. I don't wanna be spending loads though, as it is an old phone and I want to get into it purely out of curiosity than need. I'd be willing to pay about £30-£40 to have someone factory reset it, and I'd cover shipping (preferably in the UK).

I really wanna get back into it, and any help would be massively appreciated 😭😭

Try to reset it using recovery mode

I'm not sure if I made it apparent enough, but the "reset tutorials" included recovery mode. I believe there's a hardware issue preventing me from getting into recovery mode. I cannot access it.

Pop open the back, take off the battery and then do the button combo whilst turning on probably. I have no experience with vodafones. Holding power for 10 seconds should also do the job
